Wine Bar is the only range that allows you to serve wine by the glass from the bottle. Wine Bar 2.0 and 8.0 contribute to high-quality service by allowing you to serve wine at the table, in the tradition of top sommeliers.

From the date of your purchase, warranty will begin regardless of when the unit is put into use.  Should you have inquiries about the usage and installation of the wine fridges, you are encouraged to reaad through the details on the User Manual carefully.  Should you encounter an issue or failure of your Eurocave wine fridge within the covered timeframes listed below, please contact us for assistance, and your case will be reviewed at the soonest time and a warranty claim shall follow.  Please have your warranty card, receipt, serial number, photos and brief description ready.  Each EuroCave wine cabinet has an individual identification number which enables tracing of its origin and authenticity. EuroCave will only warranty cabinets sold by authorized Canadian dealers.  A warranty claim may be denied including improper installation, unauthorized repairs, inappropriate use, or any kinds of man-caused damages.  The warranty for home service applies for the first 2 years within 50km, in Canada only. *The La Premiere, Compact, Pure, Tete a Tete, and Cigar Humidor ranges have a warranty against corrosion for 10 years, warranty on parts and labor for 2 years*The Revelation, Inspiration, Champagne ranges have a warranty against corrosion for 10 years, warranty on parts and labor for 5 years
Eurocave wine fridge orders are shipped via LTL carrier on a pallet and delivered by CURBSIDE service only, and shipping fee refers to Curbside delivery.  Unless you contact our sales team and inquire for a specific model and delivery service, we will then review delivery options and provide you with a specific shipping quote for inside delivery (White Glove Delivery) shortly thereafter and you will be confirmed by a JTS Habitat representative upon order confirmation.  The cost of the White Glove Delivery will vary and dependent on the final delivery address, actual situation and requirements, ie. number of steps, slope, and distance…etc, and additional local delivery fee shall be charged.  Curbside delivery will always be less costly than an inside delivery (White Glove Delivery), customers are encouraged to contact our sales team for order procedure, if you do not prefer to proceed with curbside delivery.  It is important to note that inside delivery may or may not apply.  Additional Shipping charges may be charged for accessory items ordered on their own without the cooling unit.  JTS Habitat Reserves the right to contact you, should shipping charges end up substantially higher than advertised on our website.  You will have an opportunity to not complete your order at that time.
Once the purchase procedure has completed, the wine fridge will be shipped and when it has reached the closest local shipping depot to your delivery address, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery appointments are typically booked for a specific date and approximate 4 hours time window and you will be contacted 3-7 days prior to the delivery date.  Normal delivery will take 3-4 weeks and special orders may take up to 12-16 weeks.  Most times orders are delayed, and NO DELIVERY will take place during severe weather conditions.  *Curbside Delivery: the item will be delivered at the base of the driveway or near the front door (ground floor only).*White Glove Delivery: the item will be delivered at your chosen appointment time, and then the carrier will unpack, set up and inspect it to ensure it’s just what you expected, dispose of the packaging at the end, and ensure your order receives the highest level of care.
Once your product has arrived, check the exterior of the packaging, if it appears to be damaged, please indicate this on the courier’s waybill, inform the driver and mark “Exterior Damage” when accepting the product.  Then, carefully unpack and inspect your order, including contents, condition and verify you received the correct merchandise.  Please KEEP the manufacturer's packaging and all the original packaging must be retained and returned in good condition if a problem exists.  Please contact us if you find any issues with your order. If the product is damaged, please contact our support team to report the damage within 24 hours. It is often cheaper and faster for us to send you needed parts than for you to refuse the shipment.
Our customers are our asset and we always want our customers to be confident with every purchase, high standards of quality control always take place before merchandise leaves both the factory and the local warehouses.   Excellent protection of packaging is applied in order to avoid unnecessary damage during the logistics process.  If you still find a problem with your merchandise upon delivery, we will do our best to support you.  Special order products such as any made to order wine racking lines like Module Steel, Module X and cooling system, such as Royale, The Champagne, Wine Bar, Vin Au Verra, Cigar Humidor cannot be returned or exchanged. We will always mention when an order is eligible for return. If your merchandise is confirmed to be replaceable due to defective or damage issues, we will arrange a courier to pick up the item after confirming the pickup date with you.  Please ensure the item is unused, in its original box and with the original packing materials. If the above conditions are not met, JTS Habitat reserves the right to refuse the return. JTS Habitat will not accept any returned items without prior notice, and the customer is responsible for the full cost of original shipping.  Items returned without prior approval may be refused.  Please contact us via sales@jtshabitat.com if you have any concerns. For your protection, please ensure the package is in good condition when shipping it back to us.  JTS Habitat cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages, and our service team will contact you for the replacement once it is available.
